Listen kid, imma give it to you straight, there's the bad news, the good news, and the great news.

First off, yea, it's natural for parents to be protective and picky. Anyone who cares would be the same what. So, what's the issue- context. When all those parents met you, what was the context? Were you dressed like a grunge band member, holding your skateboard? Yea, no. Those parents probably thought, fuck that, this kids gonna land our daughter on Teen Mom before she graduates high school. Now, if you were the captain of the academic decathlon or the valedictorian, the parents would be like "yes, take our daughter. Oh, you want condoms? Nah, go ahead and rawdog her, son, you have our blessing" (hyperbole) Second, the good news- even if you're not fucking Jimmy neutron, you still control the context of you potential interactions with parents or others, just have some awareness of this and you'll see. Think about, "am I possibly gonna see them?" "Am I looking sharp AF?" "How am I carrying myself?" Etc. You control the context and how you carry yourself. The great news- you possible relationship are being ruined by...parents? Bro, you're Golden. Parents won't even be part of the equation pretty soon, because it's girls who will decide. And bottom line, you're not trying to fuck the parents, if you are having success with girls- the ones who actually matter- then the rest is details. Keep doing you bro, just play it smart

This painful, and unfortunately not new. I'm not going to share any of my sad stories, but some of them sting to this day.

Parents tend to be highly protective of their daughters, and putting aside things like religion and race, some feel the best way to protect them is to keep boys away. Since these girls depend on their parents to take care of them, going against them is a big problem, and is unlikely to happen. The only thing you can really do is to move on and hopefully you'll find someone who's parents are a bit wiser and more trusting of you, and their daughter.

It's not a sexy answer, but you are still really young, and in terms of building up the social skills related to dating, even friendships can be valuable.

The first time was 2 years ago, a girl I met at school and we talked and bonded for a few months......

One thing you've discovered here is that bonding with someone over a few months doesn't mean you know them as well as you think.

And even though her parents put their thumb on the scale, That girl also made her own decision to go along with what her parents wanted.

Second time was another girl from school. We talked a lot on snapchat and at school, and vibed really well.....

This girl was also making her own choices there. The parents were restrictive but a lot of girls find ways around that and rebel in various ways, including dating against the wishes of their parents.

Third chance ended today. A girl I knew in elementary school picked up skateboarding....

Despite what you might have thought, most of dating involves things that don't work out in some way.

When were newbs, there will be a learning curve that results in failures.
Even in situations involving "success," people will find that they don't actually fit well after initially hitting it off and even after dating for a time.

Over time, you'll pick up a feel for people. You'll have the chance to realize that there are commonalities in these girls that are in restrictive families, as opposed to more permissive or Western families.

Because you can definitely develop your awareness though personal experiences, so that you can know if someone is from such a family and might not be worth the time.

Welcome to manhood dude. Get used to your masculinity and your sexuality being villainized. All that "male privilege" those feminists think we have? You're getting a taste of it. Many parents are prejudiced towards teenage boys.

EDIT: Discussing male issues and teenage boy issues does not undermine female issues, nor parental preferences, for those that seem to need it spelled out in writing. I honestly thought that was a given, but I forgot it's 2020. Note that these issues affect the teenage girls just as much as the teenage boys.
