F here. If I set up a proper date 5 mins by public transport or 20 mins walking distance away from my date's place and they complained, I'd be flabbergasted. I'd probably tease a little to see if it was a joke, and then if it wasn't, I wouldn't waste my time.

If they can't spend as little as 5 minutes to see you...that says something about how invested they are in meeting you.

Or she just wants you to come over to her place and have sex and be done. Guess it depends on what you're looking for!

Pick you battles wisely. Stop trying to be "Alpha". Think about logistics, too. Five minute train ride back to her place, or a 20 minute walk in the middle of summer which will leave her sweaty, uncomfortable, and with a low buying temperature.

Hell, if you've got a car, make life easier and pick her up. She's already down to meet, which is high investment. You just need to grease the wheels.
