Thats normal :D dont start by climbing the mt. Everest. Start small.

In order to be easily able to approach women, you need to practice. Just start asking strangers for the time. Ask them about the way to xy. Do this 5-10 times. Then do 5 times random compliments. Like, walk up to someone and give them an honest compliment.

Thats the warm up. Then you are ready to go.

Never start with the most difficult task first, I see this so many times. You need to be comfortable

I normally just find a reason to talk to them and then just approach before I even have time to think it over or hesitate.
