I want to sweet talk the guy I've seen walking around the neighborhood walking his dog. I don't know a thing about him. Only that I think he's gorgeous. I did make him smile big once after giving him a solid eye glance. Thing is though that when I'm out walking my dog I have to maintain distance since my dog is anti-social. How do I create an opportunity to get us talking? Often times we aren't in the same spot in the area to be able to chat.
