Self compassion will be huge for you. When you call yourself a loser that's the opposite of self compassion. Self compassion leads to self confidence. Self hate leads to withdrawal and social problems. Be kind to yourself. Start with that.

Take notice at how you decribe yourself. Your have some internalized shame to work on man, forget about women for now because this is probably taking a tool on other areas of your life that are more important right now.

What makes you think you are a awkward loser? Why would you describe yourself as such? I don't know why, only you can know, but this indicates that you think something is fundamentally wrong with you. Everything you do with this mentality is already being set to fail, you are sabotaging yourself.

Learn from where this shame comes from, define your own path to hapiness and stick with it. Self dialogue is everything, the way you "talk" to yourself from deep within. Learn to love yourself first.

pain. i felt this. there’s this app called yubo, it’s like tinder but for people our age. practice texting on there that helps a lot. You don’t have to add everyone local you swipe on people all around the world

Don't be afraid to make social mistakes, or take risks where if you fail you learn something. Super important for your social life later, better to struggle in high school where everyone is young and awkward than in your 20s. Fuck up a lot, learn from each one.

Get a part time job at a restaurant. It will help you with social interaction of all types of people and get you out of your comfort zone which is key. Not to mention there may be some cute coworkers there too to practice flirting with or talking to in general.

Just tease with every girl and try to sneak in some seductive touches. Be mysterious: whisper in her ear that you know her secret. Tell her you can buy some booze if she makes out with you. Once she's tipsy try to go for something more.
