I think what she really means is that you have to treat girls like you don’t NEED them. What I mean by that, is that it should actually be obvious to both her and yourself that you’re interested in her, but it should also be obvious to both of you that your self-esteem is not at all dependent upon whether or not she rejects you. I’m sure you’ve heard that girls love Confidence, but confidence isn’t about how many cocky lines you can shoot at her, or how many times you can neg her in a conversation. Want to know how confident you are? How do you react to being rejected? There’s your answer.

No, don't be a d*ck. That's true everyone wants what they can't get, but that doesn't mean you should treat them bad or like nothing. Just be a bit distant, don't be a try hard. If they don't want you, that's their lost not your's.

If you're not even getting a response, then I'd say there's a good chance the girl gave you her insta/snap just to get you to leave her alone. Or to tick up the follower count. This is partly why I usually give girls my number. I get far less numbers, yes, but the ones that respond I can safely assume are interested.

You have to be playful and not afraid to tease, but you still have to be a decent and respectful human being. That "treat them like dirt" shit is a meme.

You're probably being too nice and sweet. Most women ages 18 - 30 that you'll meet are attracted to guys that don't want them. If you message a girl "Hey beautiful, it was great to meet you :) Would you like to go out for coffee sometime!? haha" She's going to gag and leave you on read.

As someone explained it to me, you have to be the most proactive, but you have to care the least. Women love emotionally unavailable men, assholes, jerks, players, whatever you wanna call it. Don't use emoji's, don't use "haha's" or "lol", instead send her simple quick texts like a man that get to the point, tell her to come over and have a bottle of wine. Leave them on read sometimes etc.

It sounds crazy, but trust me. Your friend is telling you the truth, it's not about being mean and calling them names. It's about being a masculine man and making them work a little for your affection.

I’m surprised she gave you that advice because they usually give mainstream cliche shit that don’t work. The best thing I could say is be indifferently interested. So your obviously interested since your talking to her but you don’t let on how much and and only really text her with a purpose of getting her on a date. If she reaches out to you respond to her ( as long as she’s doing what she says she’s gonna and showing up for dates) Just don’t chase her. You’ll have to persue women a bit in the very begging but once they’re attracted to you back off a bit. Don’t let her know how much you like her and don’t over compliment her. Speak in ifs and maybes. Read the book how much o be a 3% man by Corey Wayne is pretty accurate and I think you’ll like it. It’s not about treating them like shit but also not putting them on a pedestal.
