I wasn't happy before it happened and I am not happy now as I was not getting any dates

I was in a decent relationship before corona, but we were about an hour drives from each other and my family has some people who've had a compromised immune system from having survived cancer. So after a month of only being able to facetime each other we started to lose the emotional connection we had and it stressed our relationship, she moved to Florida with her dad so he could be with his ex wife and we broke it off.

It’s weird cos, before, I was really unhappy but now after, I’ve accepted myself as a forever-virgin. I’ve prioritised, and not made my whole life round one girl which is great. I’m very happy now! (Just saying, this isn’t a sarcastic comment, it’s 100% true)
