Okay, I have some luck inside a Target or the Mall if I'm lucky. People I'm usually attracted to are usually with boyfriends or family. I don't believe in gaming these ones.

Clubs and Bars are open to customers only and your not allowed leave your area unless your using the bathroom according to security guard when I tried a few week ago. So that idea is crap!

Another Crap Idea is Coffee Shops because they are all open for pick up only.

Btw, I'm in Phoenix,Arizona.
