First of all, if you haven’t specifically agreed to be exclusive you’re not doing anything morally wrong. It’s definitely possible they are seeing others at the same time as well.

I’ve juggled girls like this and usually it’s not a problem because these kinds of relationships tend to slowly fade out anyways.

That said, it’s still very possible they’d get upset if they found out.

However when it comes to choosing, nobody but yourself can make that choice. Especially not someone here who has 3 paragraphs of info to go on. But you can’t both date all 3 and feel good for committing to one.

But if you’re going to call it off, then have the balls to tell her. Don’t just block someone, come on.

That would imply that he would be ok with keeping up the game, ignoring their side of the situation. My point is, that may not be the right choice for him, depending on his values. There's no judgement in it. Some times I make bad decisions willingly, and it's simple to check if the choices align with my base values.

An example could be drinking. Getting shit faced on a week night would be a bad choice for me, but it's not in conflict with my values, so it's probably not going to be a problem for me once the hangovers are gone.

How ever drinking an driving is both a bad decision and in conflict with my values, so even if I wasn't pulled over, it would be a problem for me.

One small consideration in situations like this is emotional bandwidth. I know for me, it's easy to start developing an emotional connection with women I date. Trying to balance seeing multiple women can be tricky when you like them all and feelings of guilt potentially arise.
