Oneitis cannot be good.

It is the mentality that there is only one woman for you.

There is clearly more than one woman on this planet worthy of your affection.

Oneitis is therefore idiotic at best. Definitely not good.

Oneitis is generally when a beta orbiter pines after a woman like a sick lost puppy.

When you have it with a partner it's when you're totally whipped and think you'll be FA if you ever lose her so let her have it all her own way, treat you like shit, take you for granted, generally become a supplicating doormat

The solution is to realise you can care for someone but the moment they pull a hamster you call their shit out, the moment they stop respecting you you let them know you can walk. The day they ignore the threat is the day you leave. This is nuclear dread so don't apply until you are sure that her disrespect is something which she is both consciously aware of and still indifferent towards. Most women will occasionally take a man for granted, it's just part of their conditioning, if this happens politely but firmly tell her that shit's not going to rub with you. It's when it's consistent and without remorse or apology that you should walk

It's good to hang around other women occasionally so that your game doesn't dry up too, low-level flirting without intentions works well here.

It's called being a good partner. You should have feelings of affection for your girlfriend, and care for her more than other girls. Otherwise, why would she be your girlfriend? Just don't let yourself become infatuated, remember that if you break up you can get another girl that's just as good.
