Right on point. If you are a genuine person it's better to try in the real world.
Just have a casual talk. Even if things don't work out, your confidence won't go down like in the case of online dating.

Cold approaches are way better than apps because you skip the formalities and directly see/feel whether or not you like someone.

Online dating?? Are you kidding me? First of all, even after you pay FOR NOTHING, it’s all spam bots messaging you pretending to be women acting like they’re gonna knock on your door same night & you if you were to get somewhere with that, you’d likely have to use other men’s photos to make you look like a model & etc.....online dating doesn’t exist....it’s all a scam....women in other cities, provinces & countries don’t care who you are, what you do or where you’re from & what you do while you’re there.....just don’t get me started on how useless online dating is....it doesn’t work- there is none....now IRL, you go out to a supermarket & test the waters....keep approaching & show them you have been asking all day & evening so that they give in

Tbh I can't argue with this. But the overall culture of the place were you reside plays a major role. I live in india and here people aren't that open minded. Sometimes it's just a matter of safety or not having circles where you'd meet new people. Online dating in India is even worse. M
