Hey man you have to understand everything with women with women deals with interest level... if she keeps on ghosting you. Personally I would just wait for her to hit me back up... this raises her interest and makes you come off as none needy

Why are you trying to get to know her in the least effective way to actually get to know her, over text/snap?

Meet up with her, call her, whatever it is, but don’t develop relationships through text. If you’re texting her because you’re ‘bored’ you’re being a selfish person, using someone else to kill your own boredom, and it shows.

Tell her she doesnt seem as interested as you are and that you'd like to take her out on a date. Have a date in mind (date, time, and place) but also be aware she could just ghost you.

Either she'll say yes and you can set something up even if it means a delay -- ot she will say no or ghost you. Take the response to this to determine the next step. If she ghosts you, yea, shes a flake. Delete her out your phone and go find someone that deserves your attention and time.
