Def a happy problem to have. Most of us mortals have problems speeding things up ;). You can try disqualifying them but keeping the frame positive and teasing. Like pull them in and whisper in their ear “damn girl you move pretty fast, come w me over here and let me get to know you first”. Classic push pull, except you emphasize the push a bit more. At the same time, you move them within the venue to strongly lead.

TLDR: just act like a high status flirty girl. You are the prize and you’re not going to go home w just anyone.

Its pretty common at that age, honestly. People are trying to figure themselves out/experiment and the majority of them are in the most promiscuous phase of their lives. This is also the phase where people mess around with substances, which tend to promote sexual behavior.

There are a LOT of chicks out there looking for a dude like you though; spend less time at the bars and dorms and try looking for a relationship online, mutual friends, etc. Meeting someone outside of an alcohol-fueled event might lead to a more gradual escalation of physical contact.

Lol. 26M here, same problem. I actually like the build up, the anticipation and maturing the chemestry up to the point where the girl and I have "a moment".

Some girls just want a dick and thats cool, no need to be judgy about that since we want to give them our dicks anyway; we want to do it on our terms and conditions though lol. Focus on yourself, you know what you want and regarding these girls, what easy comes easy goes. Sadly, when women are this foward it's hard to escalate to your hearts content. What you can do is set up boundries and see from where is goes from there.

So, take control by setting up boundries, rejecting them sexually in case. But don't be rude or too cold while doing it. As someone said before you can keep flirting or teasing them in a playful casual manner. Since you have a large influx of women you don't have to worry about the ones that get away. After rejection usually the cool or chill ones stay anyway. Focus on the ones that stay around, ask them for casual hangouts. Be it with friends or not but make sure to hangout with these chicks one on one from time to time. You already know there is sexual interest from them towards you. Since there is no doubt in your mind you should at your discretion escalate the sexual tone in the time you spend together from there.

Also, be nice. But not in the transactional SIMP nice or "nice guy" way. Just, be a good company to have around. I've learned this goes a looooong way. Also when you think you're ready to fuck, this is the time when eye contact comes into play. Eye contact is all you need to let her know you want her now.
