You need to think abundantly and understand female psychology. If a woman is pulling away and you chase her you will turn her off even more. You can’t logically convince a woman to like you. The key is to focus on abundance. Put your energy into meeting new women, and becoming a better version of yourself (or if you’re into metaphysics, focus on raising your vibration). She may even come back to you if she sees you enjoying life without her. Getting her to come back shouldn’t be your goal. It should be a byproduct of your growth and evolution.

This is a hard one. I have felt the same way recently. In my case she pulled away, my anxyous attachment style has activated and i have becomed a little needy and she, with her Avoidant attachment style, broke up with me. What i would sugest you to do it s to back of. Call once a week and make a date. If you do this 2 time and she does not ant to she you leave her alone. În the mean time, Take a notebook and write. Imagine you are 2 persons in one. The first one îs you, your emotion, conviction and so on and the other voice is your ration. But pure rational mind. Write a dialog between them. You will write about what you feel and your mind will ask question, listen to you and explain to you why you feel that way, what can you do in this situation, what should you change in the way you feel and so on. Don t let your ego or emotion influence your rațional mind. Remember, you can be emoțional and so on. Your mind (other self, higher self) will stay impartial. In this way, try to understand yourself and give yourself love. If you exercise this dialog, you will be amazed how your anxyety will go away. It helped me survive and now i feel i am getting over the breakeup, for whitch i felt responsable and so so bad. When you will start to feel that self love, you ll experience something you never felt, true freedom of all attacent în this world. It s not a constant feeling at start and it s hard to access it, but în time you ll transcend yourself. Good luck

Yes

I can tell by this post you're not approaching enough women. When you get more women in your life situations like this aren't stressful at all. In most situations there's no saving the relationship and you shouldn't want to. You don't want to waste time with girls with mixed feelings. If she's pulling away let her go. Why waste time on someone that doesn't know what they want or know how to communicate. You should want women that are crazy about you and show interest.

All the things you are listing are normal female behavior that's all predictable and normal. When they pull away trying to get them back only makes things worse. It shows neediness and clinginess. The solution is talking to more women and not investing your emotions too early. When women pull you'll be able to move on quicker and focus on the women that still have high interest.
