I would not call myself an intellectual person , but , yes , people consider me one because of my achievements and the way i think . I know my faults which is hidden from them . so . Anyways ,

I understand the world model and everything , and consciously I know when I'm under stress , it doesn't matter . But somehow the body doesn't behave accordingly and clouds appear in front of my mind to prevent information from free flowing .

My conscious says , its useless to be in this stress state as it will only diminish my performance over a task or test . But the body doesn't follow it .

I have never actually had a brain freeze , but I see my performance getting down under stress despite knowing its useless to think about it .

How do i manage this in the heat of the situation ?

Is 'let the fear pass through it' be it ? Because i'm preparing for a test , and i know when you go into a new environment to do some important test , the unseen environment causes an extra apprehension internally to the brain . (Apart from the test itself) .

My body automatically settles out of stress when it sees momentum in solving problems during the test .

How can i manage all this shit ? Is there a way ? Medidate ? Practice ? Though practice is what has kept me going in these situations (obviously a mock practice as you can't take real tests) . But , Practice only reduces the cloud before the brain , how can i destroy it completely ?

Enlighten me how to achieve full calmness even without seeing momentum during test .
