Here's how you can differentiate between coincidence and her intentionally doing it to get your attention: Frequency

Note, it's not quantity it's frequency.

That means if she gets in front of you and gets into a position that's somewhat sexy and does it 30 times but its every 7-10 minutes, that's probably nothing. Your workouts probably just happen to have you going through adjacent paths in the gym.

If she gets in front of you and does something kinda sexy only 10 times but those 10 times are only 2 minutes apart, that's when its more likely she's doing it to get your attention. Especially if throughout that time you're moving to different spots of the gym.

This is not a behavior that's exclusive to gyms. Its called primping. Men and women will try to accentuate their best assets when they're around someone they're attracted to and they do it everywhere.

Dudes will tense their muscles or straighten their posture or make sure their hair's right. Women will stick their chests out, exaggerate the arcs in their back to make their asses look bigger, touch up on makeup or adjust clothing, etc.

The cool thing about a gym is that you know she's gonna be there for at least 30 minutes.

So there's no rush to get her number as soon as you start talking to her.

You don't even need to keep talking to her.

If you're getting the sense that she's trying to get your attention you can basically just say anything.

Make a comment about the gym or the workouts or the music that's playing. You can compliment her. You can even just say hi.

And then go back to your workout and maybe talk to her at other points during your session.

You don't even need to get her number on the first day you talk to her because guess what, most people who go to the gym go back to the gym over and over again! So you can just talk to each other from time to time whenever you're both in the gym again.

This can be an extra layer of you testing the waters after she has already given you some signs that she's interested.

So if it turns out she's not as interested as you thought then you can just bail without having made a scene and putting pressure on her. No one will probably even know that you were interested in her.

But if the girl is really interested in you then maybe once you break that silence, she will be the one who tries to keep the conversation going or she will be the one re-initiating conversations with you or basically she's just gonna make things easy.

If that happens to be the case on the first day you talk then get her number or ask her out.

If she won't leave you alone then you might as well give her what she wants.

Man it’s the gym everybody is hopped up on preworkout and looking in themselves in the mirror. I doubt she’s thinking lemme go stand in front of one guy at the gym and point my booty at him. That being said, shooters shoot if you’re feeling froggy leap.

Let's be honest, girls going to the gym, working out regularly, and knowing what they do have enough confidence to start a conversation if they are into you.

Did any of these girls ever talk to you? Did they strike a conversation? Wanted to do the same exercises at the same machine, and asked to switch with you after each set or for some tips? Did they look you in the eyes and watched your reaction?

I don't want to destroy your confidence, but girls in the gym don't try to "lure you in" by posing in front of you. Most of them don't even notice you. And most guys I know do the exact same thing. Standing and doing their exercising right in front of you, doing their squats or curls in front of you, not even noticing that you stand just a few feet behind them.

Sure, there are a few ones walking in with makeup, taking selfies just after barely lifting some weights. These girls want attention. But the other girls just wanting to do their exercises? Nope. They are in their own zone and don't recognize your presence.
