I think in seduction there are things that directly improve your skills, such as approaching girls, practise conversation with them, etc.

Then there are things that indirectly improve your skills. Like having goals more important than girls makes you less needy on girls for happiness, and more passionate about life. This causes you to give off a different energy, which makes you more attractive to girls when you talk to them.

Having nice guy friends will also indirectly make you better with girls. Some guys have no guy friends, so when they get close to a girl, they unload all their emotional problems on her, and also msg her a lot because they have nobody else to talk to. This causes girls to lose interest.

Having a bunch of nice guy friends also makes you more confident. I don't know what the scientific explanation is, but I know when I have a few supportive guy friends in my life, and I spend time with them, I feel better and more confident after that. And this gets carried into my interaction with girls, and I do a lot better.

I think to be good with girls, a guy needs to have a solid foundation, which consists of having goals in life more important than girls, hobbies that make him happy, and supportive guy friends.

Approaching girls and getting practise talking to them is definitely important too. But without that solid foundation, a guy will be needy, have the wrong energy, and do worse with girls.

I wrote about this a few weeks ago on someone else's post. But after making those guy friends last night, it reminded me of this so I made a separate post to remind others. As sometimes we get too caught up in trying to meet girls, that we forget to work on our foundation.

A house with a weak foundation has a much higher chance of collapsing, regardless of how strong the walls (such as conversation abilities) are.
