Long story short, I'm 24. Graduated with a degree in human resource management recently (bachelors). I'm currently working two jobs- one cleaning operating rooms, and I'm a mentor for lyft. I basically mentor in the morning , then work at the hospital 3-11. Both jobs are fairly easy, and I make about 55k a year between the two. I have an interview for a high stress recruiting job that makes 35k. The recruiter who contacted me about it stressed a million times that it's not for everyone, and that I would be expected to perform and work my ass off 8 hours a day 40 hours a week. I have a good thing going now - should I keep my two easy jobs , or try to get the recruiting job in the hope that it'll pad my resume? Bb bb. Edit: I can literally come in and leave my job in the operating room whenever I want to, it's very flexible , and we literally never have anyone breathing down out necks. I spend about half my shift bullshitting with my male coworkers and talking to nurses lol. The only restriction is we can't work more than 45 hours a week. I make about 30k there.
