The date might be casual or convenient for them or close to them but they'd suggest it be exactly where they are at the time or not suggest and flake. It also might be appealing to them like a nice restaurant or place or anything more interesting that they usually do.

One sounded excited and sent me a sc of her whole calendar and schedule then flaked on the last minute. She rescheduled and said ''I promise I'll follow through'' in all caps then flaked last minute again. I look at her ig stories, she just does her usual routine etc. every week. Same goes to a lot of women here.
