Hey Fellas,

I have an intense dilemma at the moment-I unfortunately have to interact with a co-worker born I the late 90s, went to some mid-tier UC school, now is your typical know-it-all big head. Today at work, I offered input that was an alternative to the methods we used to process a project and while I was conveying this idea to my immediate supervisor I observed this condescending scowling glare on her face with her eye brows raised up, I have practiced great restraint with this individual after many months of enduring extreme egotism and disrespect, I have nullified all indirect casual interactions with her and I have it so that all conversations pertain only to work and if not, I disengage and revert to my responsibilities until my shift is over. I’m familiar with these types of women, they have a good 10 year run until the expiration tag is displayed, problem is the older men in my environment who cannot see through this bullshit. My intentions is to not espouse any misogynistic rhetoric or hate speech, but the bottom-line has to drawn after decades of these women doing shit like this and loving consequence free lives.
