I (23M) met said gf (23)when I was in college. I had plenty of fun my freshman year, but this girl was different. She was smart, attractive, and extremely low maintenance. TO say it wasnt worth it would be lying. However, after graduating, things have turned bad.

I am currently pursuing a masters degree online. Its cheaper, I can live at home and pay off school debt; basically saving as much money as possible. My gf MUST to get a masters and has chosen to go to Florida for grad school...I live in OH... I tried telling her everything in the book. Its expensive, its far and I probably wont be able to visit, how will you live, how will you visit, how can you work study and do extra work.. everything. She wants to travel all the time, spend money she doesnt have, and her response to "youll have to pay off more school debt" was "everyone has school debt, who cares".

She just moved down there this week. Since our first fight, i have become angrier and angrier.To me it seems like she doesnt care or doesnt listen to me.

I am miserable constantly and automatically dont want to discuss anythign regarding her with my friends when they ask. She recently visited and I had a great time. However, it feels like I have a pen pal, not a gf (due to distance). My friends tell me to break up with her, and i am considering doing so. thought?
