I had to edit in my reply because she blocked me after accusing me.

Make no mistake, her response to my explanation was a false accusation. She made it simply to retaliate over me answering her question, which she only asked rhetorically because she thinks the two crimes are incomparable.

This form of retaliation is abusive and is the product of misandry. This woman felt like I, as a man, do not get to have opinions and feelings or even a traumatic response to being falsely accused. She wants to live in a world where the only men who suffer or even die due to false accusations and their repercussions are all men who deserve that fate, and she is willing to defame degrade and dehumanize any man who is willing to call out her misandry.

I see this happen all the time on social media and it is so trivialized despite the violence it threatens. Any time a woman with no respect for men gets corrected or feels humbled by a man, they immediately lash out by pretending the critic is a predatory monster. Never let it slide, it is too normalized already.
