I assume you mean you want to show sexual interest. Seems like you have already met these girls in person already so you need to be clear and direct here. The main way to convey this is through kino escalation.

Ask her out on a date and make sure she knows it is an date.

Actually using the word "date" so she doesn't think you guys are just hanging out and make it one on one.

If she agrees to come on the date, offer a hug to her when you guys first meet up. If she is receptive, use both arms and wrap them around her waist so it's clear it is not a friendly hug. Don't force it if she seems uncomfortable.

On the date, offer your hand to her to hold hers, such as in the car or just walking around.

At the end of the date or even better during the date, go for the kiss. Make sure it is not a public area and she is comfortable with light touching already.

At the very least, you have to go for the kiss at the end. Either when dropping her off from your car, or you can get out the car, walk her to the door - hug her and transition the hug to a kiss.

As a 28 man I can confidently tell you that women have one man they want when they’re single. If you’re that guy you will know. She will be the one wanting the relationship. You just got to be the “man of her dreams.” The first and only step I see is knowing how s*xually attracted she it to you. From there just be focused on yourself and your things. She’ll be begging for something deeper with you. On the flip side if you’re pushing for the relationship I can promise you there is someone else that is getting begged for a relationship. Or she doesn’t feel like you’re good enough.

The content of your post contradicts the first sentence.

You cannot be confident around women and not be able to escalate if you want to escalate. Saying that you are confident when you arent is cock blocking yourself. It is no different when men who do not get hit on by hotties on a street cond here and say "I am good looking but not successful with women".

Back to confidence:

You are confident if you behave in a way where you do not care if the woman you are hitting on rejects you because you know (not believe -- know) there are dozens of women as attractive and as interesting as this one who will happily play ball with you. This behavior is incredibly attractive to women because it constantly happens only from men who can get away with it. It is basically dick waving: only men who have big dick wave it because everyone who has a 3" knows that when he pulls it out he would be mocked. Most guys that are otherwise competent at social dynamics kinda hit this "wall" when it comes to demonstrating interest in a relationship with a girl.

Truth is you can't. Most women perceive desire for commitment with them as weakness and the second you escalate and show that desire: her desire for you drops because she now sees you as "beneath her".

If the girl decides she wants you as a boyfriend she will ask you to have the dreaded "what are we?" conversation. Even at that point you have to say you are taking your time meeting people because she is trying to bait you into disqualifying yourself by pushing for commitment prematurely. She might be prepared to walk away if you don't agree to become a couple right then and there. Let her walk away and come back. It's better than telling her you want her to be your girlfriend and her feelings instantly shift and she walks away anyway....except she don't hit u back up.
