How can I find out if ex-wife remarried?

For something like this, because a lot of wives do get remarried -- usually to go on their spouse's insurance plan. But they won't tell their Ex husband because it would jeopardize their alimony payments.

So they might not even get married in the same state as you. Fly to Vegas, get married there, fly home.

Best solution is to hire a private investigator. That's what one of my friends had to do because he was stuck with those Alimony-ends-on-remarriage. He had an inkling that she got remarried and it was true, she flew to Vegas, got remarried and then looked him straight in the eye and said, "I didn't get remarried. You're crazy."

Wouldn't it be fraud if she keeps receiving it and fails to inform you of the change in her marital status?

In Texas, you can check the county they live in. It’s public info and most counties are online for free searching.

I’m not sure what state you’re in, but you might try that route.
