Push pull game. When you first interact with her be super attentive, ask questions, strong eye contact etc. Make here feel like she has all your attention. Keep this up for a bit till a natural lull in the conversation then just walk away without warning and go interact with another group / girl. If you did your initial work right and she’s attracted to you she will immediately feel neglected and seek you out. Maybe move closer to the direction you left in, seek out your eye contact etc. Has worked for me at house parties when I’m meeting new girls.

If the group is big and you are alone, you can't talk to everyone, in your case you said about a group of 10-20 people, you can't talk to everyone is difficult. If the group is small, you can talk to everyone, but only for a minute or so, because later you still have to isolate the girl you want to talk to.

So it is not a choice between talking to all the guys in the group or isolating her, it is actually (trying) to talk to all of them AND isolate her.
