Yep straight up slavery!

And it's not only that you can't just quit your job and the judge is gonna tell you to get any job (seek-work order).

You can't be under-employed either, so if you have a degree, don't think you are gonna be getting a job at McDonald so your ex-wife doesn't get a ton of alimony and has to find herself a job as well.

Hell no, seek-work orders can be tailored to you, and they can specify that you need to find a job in your field!

Baffling isn't it!

If a feminist does not want to work, she has billion ways to make the courts extract money from men!

This is how you almost WIN the child support game:

Whatever you do, DO NOT Give up DIRECT EXPENSES. You as the Father WANT DIRECT EXPENSES for your child. That way they can participate in clubs, camps, lessons, activities, sports, etc DEMAND that you get DIRECT EXPENSES, and 50/50 equal parenting Time. (THIS WILL CUT your Child support by almost 80%!!!!)

~Explanation of DIRECT EXPENSES~:

Direct expenses for a child shall include those fixed expenses paid directly to a third party, such as a school, church, recreational club, or sports club to allow participation in an activity or event, or to attend school.

Direct expenses also include all necessary supplies and equipment purchased to support such activity. Direct expenses shall include: · All school and school-related expenses including school lunches. · Extracurricular activities. · Clothing.

I wish the guys visiting here would read this forum to see how you get around most of this. Take this away from the Deadbeats and watch them shrivel.

It’s funny that nobody actually read the article, which makes clear that support obligations are not involuntary servitude, they are in fact the duty of citizens. The only exception under the law is that you cannot be forced to take a particular job for a particular employer. However, you don’t have any right to deliberately choose to work for less (or no) wages if the only purpose is to reduce child support payments.

Now I’m going to get the predictable downvotes just for telling you what the link actually says rather than just reading the title. It’s what the Supreme Court says, not my opinion.

Fun fact. Most constitutional law arguments apply only to criminal law. Not to civil law and family law.

Also... appeals only exist in criminal courts not in civil courts nor family courts. So you cannot even challenge the law on constitutional grounds.
