Things have been, for the most part, cordial

Last night we agreed on most things

The house (worth 240 and we own it)

She is insistent that we are not splitting it 50/50 because I fucked up. I have always made more than her and continually supported her only working 32 hours a week even after the kids were in school

After losing my job she did make more than me for a period of time as I went to nursing school but I still worked 30-36 hours a week

She is also insistent on continuing to nest and if I don’t like it she will buy me out of the house for $34,000

I mean I can’t possibly do that!

Do I bring this up during mediation or what are my next steps??
