Since you are married. You will have to do a Post-nup. My guess is that you think she will not like the idea of pre or post-nup. That its self is a problem, a lot of women theses days loose there mind if you mention prenup without them even seeing the content or conditions on the prenup. If you are unable to easily talk about prenup and finances with your spouse, that itself is a problem.

First, look up what the prefix "pre" means, then figure out what "nup" is short for...fuck it, I'll tell you. It is short for "nuptial" which is an old timey fancy word for "marriage".

That would be a post-nup you can’t sign a prenup anymore because you’re already married. See if they’re valid in your jurisdiction/state.
