I know asking doesn't mean she will get it but still. I am expected to store all of this stuff in my apartment until the divorce is over? Will the court consider them her assets if she abandoned them here? She was essentially a hoarder and spent hundreds of thousand on things I can't repurpose for myself even if I tried. I want to sell them or dump them but the divorce is being dragged on with so many other issues my attorney has not even addressed it (high conflict divorce involving my business and a minor kid). I want all of these items to be considered part of her allocation since she is the one that bought them (with my credit card of course). I want to sell them but am scared that will affect things, I obviously wont get nearly enough for what was paid for them given that all her crap is in horrible condition so I just really want these items considered and offloaded from me. I already paid a couple thousand to ship her her clothes and stuff like that and our kids stuff. Now i am left with her garbage and amazon furniture that is falling apart and i don't need. House was sold so my apartment has become a glorified storage unit and is almost unlivable. I also paid thousands in junk removal fees for the stuff I just couldnt fit in here. How can I make her responsible for this
