Because the women choose not to work and this article is trying to shame them to work, like the CIA funding Gloria Steinem feminist movement for right to work to tax women and increase the workforce to pay the people less.

If your girlfriend or wife wants to work use it as an exit plan to live cheap overseas and retire early.

This whole 'trad wife' f-ckery first began to rear its ugly head when some women realised how difficult, gruelling, and unrewarding being part of a workforce is. Now they're trying to shift the dynamic to 'it's a woman's job to be the householder and nurturer,' so escape the workforce drudgery in exchange for a less arduous form of labour. Men still lose, because now the man becomes sole provider for a single-income household in a sh-tty economy. Some 'equality' that is. As for 'tradition', f-ck tradition. Let's stick to the equality spiel. LET WOMEN WORK. Let them show how 'empowered' they are by putting them into jobs that have 'traditionally' been ascribed to men. And if they b-tch and moan and complain about how it's 'difficult, back-breaking work', just tell them 'That's equality for you. Woman up.'

You seem confused. You’re mad because some guys prefer to have their wives focus on taking care of the kids and the home, and leave earning the money to them? If you make 250k per year why the fuck would you even want your wife to work full time for 30k of which the govt is going to take half? That would be stupidly inefficient. Nobody said you have to live that way.

As someone who works a physical job myself. We sadly have to be careful on who we hire for these positions. I agree more women need to be whiling to work these jobs. But there are some things men will always do better than women. Such as lifting really heavy things. So there has to be a balance so the guys don't end up having to do extra work to make up for the women. Otherwise the "equal pay" won't be fair.
