I've had my stbx and her family (her Sister and her dad) on my phone plan for almost 8 yrs (20+ yrs of marriage) because I'm a veteran and could get better rates. 8 mos before separation she gets a new phone and we at the time had to make the payments on the new phone but this'll be the last month I'll have to pay cause she accepted the COR aka Change of Responsibility for her family's phone lines and her phone line plus the payments of the phone.
