Been casually talking to a girl at work who I see maybe twice a week in passing. Always thought she was very attractive and definitely out of my league but I've been friendly with her and the last couple of times we've talked I've added in some teasing/playfulness.

Today we were chatting, she was just starting her shift and me finishing. After I said goodbye she randomly asked for my instagram so I added her. Left work and within about 15 minutes she messaged me saying she liked my content with a weightlifting emoji.

This is a good sign right? Should I be wary that we work together (huge company and we're in different departments)? What should my next steps be if I want a date with this girl?
