I’m a 24M and there’s this cute girl who worked at my job for about a year but in a different department so it’s not often at all I see her all the time. Tbh at first I didn’t really find her that attractive but this past year she for some reason grew on me as I saw her more and more. Yesterday I saw her and took my opportunity to get her number. I had to deliver something to her for work so she then asked me about something else and I asked “can you text it to me so I can let you know once I get back to the office?” Then asked for her number and we chatted for a bit and cracked some jokes then we went our separate ways. When I first texted her it was obviously work related stuff then after I ended up basically just talking to her normally (like asking what her hobbies are, how long she’s been at the company, etc) and to my surprise we were texting the entire shift and she was responding very fast (often instantly). My department is pretty chill and laid back for the most part so we’re allowed to be on our phones in down time whereas her department is pretty busy so I was questioning if she was even actually working or not lmao

I’m simply going with the flow and not trying to think too much of the outcome but can’t help but wonder if maybe she’s interested? Mind you our workplace consists of 99.9% of dudes with her being literally 1 of the few women we have here that I’ve seen.
