Lying in general is not a good strategy. You'll have to remember all the lies you told to who. Better to keep your mouth shut and change the subject.

Plates should know that there is no relationship (not even on the horizon) and no exclusivity. Spending some time with another girl should not be a problem; if it is: they're called plates for a reason: They fall all the time and break.

its not a bad thing if they know you're doing cool shit, even if its vaguely potentially maybe with some other girl (that's called dread bro), just don't 100% confirm unless you want the drama

Pretty much. That's just the name of the game. I've experienced this enough to know that it's hard, but that probably means you're getting too emotionally attached and you need to tone it back anyway.

Alternatively, if you're a cold hard motherfucker you can say "just fucking my plate nbd" as an agree and amplify. If they're really just plates it can definitely work.

If you're worried about that, then you probably are actually being that. No one worries about anything unless there is truth to it or they have a hamster wheel.

Truth is I don't think you're plating with the best strategy. They shouldn't care, because plating is not dating. Plating is having fuck buddies with multiple people. These plates need to know there is no relationship potential. Otherwise, you're just a dude leading 3 chicks on who are going to have trust issues after you because you basically gave the hamster wheel a good spin.

Otherwise if they know this is nothing serious, then tell them. You'll be so much happier if they are okay with it. And if they're not, then they would eventually put LTR pressure on you.
