She deserves a very lengthy jail sentence but personally I doubt she will be jailed.

Just shows how useless the education system is in the UK: She has a Masters' degree in forensic psychology.

What a state she is.

have to ask a question of the new partner..

why would you be with her if she is prepared to do that to another man, because she is going to do the same to you.

also she won't go to prison because

a) lenient sentencing which is supposed to be for carers of elderly parent or young children but has now been twisted to mean only mothers, and there is the outcry of depriving a child of their mother, but its ok to deprive a child of their father.

b) because gender..

..and you wonder why the partner moved out( possible domestic abuse by her?)

Maybe the father should be glad to be out of financial responsibilities, and focus on having a child with a normal woman. I know that love of ones kids is strong. However, if you do not grow attached, probably not so much.
