Reddit is a minority of an opinion and often doesn’t portray the majority opinion of the general population. We seem to forget that often. Hiding behind anonymity often brings out the most irrational opinions.

I can’t imagine trying to pressure my children to live a particular lifestyle like that OP. Any normal community would call that out. That sub certainly wouldn’t approve of a parent sending videos to their kid about why they should get married and have children.

Reddit feminist communities are fostering the same antisocial, bitter, and paranoid mindsets that male incel communities do.

Why any woman with the resources to take care of herself would EVER complicate her life with cohabitation, marriage, or kids is utterly beyond me.

We have the incredible luck to have been born into an era where women can be completely independent and free with their one, precious life.

This comment is particularly concerning. Your one precious life is apparently not worth looking after children now. And it has so many upvotes. Maybe I should be happy though. This means that people who have a negative view of children are free to not have children. But what if their ideas spread and convince people who would not only be fulfilled by having kids but are also great people. It's possible for a potentially great parent to be persuaded by a feminist mob that tells them that there's something better for them out there and then they won't get to experience the thing that would have actually made them happy.

Not bringing children to this world is actually a good idea, but clearly not for some of the solipsistic reasons she's giving.

Right now, giving birth for most people on this planet is pretty much just providing this system with an additional slave who will more than likely have a miserable life. And given how couples who stay together during the entire growth of the children are becoming a minority, the children won't even have the childhood they deserve most of the time.

Edit: you can -1 me if that makes you feel better, the only thing that matters when deciding to procreate is what kind of life your child is likely going to have, and what you can provide to the child. If you think the future will be bright for most children, you need a reality check.
