Seduction happens wherever the seducer wants it to happen. Saying that you can only seduce in clubs because that’s the norm is just a self-imposed limit. You can always chose to be your own person and do things outside the norm and be different. One does not do things because everyone else is doing, one does things because they aren’t afraid to stand out among the crowd.m and go against the norm to get what they want no matter what other people might think about it or what outcome you get from being an outsider who does things differently.

Be fun, be bold, be man to woman, self amuse, etc... Experiment with being unfiltered to find out what works for you. If you flatline, then you are filtering yourself. Your thinking about what to say. Your worried about saying the right or wrong thing. Your stuck in your head. That is death in game.

You want to turn this off and stop caring about outcomes. Experiment with ways you can keep the conversation going. Look up free association. You would be surprised what works. I've seen guys open with topics about game, filming infields, etc... Try to make it relatable to the girl, but experiment. Just find a form of self amusement and practice talking until the set hooks. Have fun with it, make yourself laugh. Don't take anything seriously or personally. Become a master of the moment rather than stuck in your head thinking about what may happen if you say x or y.

If it's too loud, then try non verbal ways. But, I'd suggest to move the girl into a place where you can have a conversation.
