I can speak from experience that with a super beta attitude I was getting laid with 8s about 3 times a year. 9s and 10s never paid attention to me after the first twenty seconds of interaction.

All the girls that pulled me to bed did it with the intent of a LTR due to money and looks. I could tell they would get more and more turned off and disappointed as time went on.

No, this was me as a young man. I did no better than my unattractive beta buddies. Hitting the gym is important for your mental health, attitude and testosterone. Improving your looks is the least important improvement. Attitude, frame and body language are all it takes to pull 10's, those are just the hardest things to train/develop.

Best case, you'd be arm candy and beta provider for a woman who's at best a 6, because you'd have no confidence that you could do any better.
