Tinder in two sentences:

Be hot and post hot photos of yourself including one shirtless photo of you doing something
Understand that women are only active on tinder when they're actively bored. Meaning right now. Don't have conversations with them, just get them to meet you somewhere right now.

Tinder is not for dating or plating. It's best suited for ONS. She's mad at her boyfriend or Chad dumped her and she needs instant validation.

The advantage to Tinder over just about any other medium aside from real life is that you only can talk to girls who have found you attractive. Essentially, unless they're just doing it for attention (which you have to learn to recognize) it's yours to lose.

I always open with You look like trouble.

I get probably a 50% reply rate. They either say What? How? in which case I don't bother unless they're really hot, or something along the lines of You have no idea, which means they're game, and I escalate.

Basically it's a numbers game. Someone posted an informal study a while ago that says Tinder for most guys has about a 2% conversion rate, so if you swipe 1000 girls, you'll get 20 matches. From there, if you're using my 50% conversion rate to responses, 10 will respond. Out of that, I find my meetup conversion rate to be about the same (50%), so 5 girls for this example. Out of the 5 I've met in the last month, I've closed with 3, but could've easily closed with the other 2 - I just wasn't really feeling them. Out of the 3, 2 were HB8's, the other likely an HB7.

The ones I've had the best pulls I've basically playful negged / schoolyard bullied them with zero compliments.

As /u/abdada said, you have to push to meet quickly. You don't need to get them agreeing to things like fucking your brains out through it before you meet - just keep things escalating and clearly flirty, and meet them for a beer - not dinner or anything that implies anything more serious than what it is.

A year and a half ago before my previous relationship when I was on Tinder, I was far more timid and only met one broad in two months - who I LTR'ed pretty much immediately out of idiocy.

If you're bold and swipe away while you're on the bus or whatever, you should do pretty well. That being said, you need a high SMV to get any meets to happen at all - so make sure you flaunt it if you've got it.

EDIT: On second thought, my conversion match rate must be way higher than 2% because there's no chance in hell I swiped close to 1000 girls.

Also, focus on gaming the girls that live closest. A girl who is 10 km away is instantly a way better prospect than a girl 100 km away, and her willingness to meet you will reflect that. If you're in university, you should have a far higher conversion rate with local girls as well. I'm 26 and don't live near any universities and 45 minutes from a big city, so this should also be taken into consideration when taking this advice.
