I would challenge you to think about those “mistakes” not as mistakes but as opportunities and signals for growth and change. IE - You’re further narrowing in on what it is you’re looking for from a partner and a relationship. That’s great!

That said, it sounds like you just weren’t very happy because you moved things along too quickly (defining the relationship, showing too much attraction too quickly, etc…)

1) Be Your “10.0 Self” - Take some time to think about what your “10.0” self looks like. What are your values, interests, and passions? Even just being aware of these things can help shape your world and your mindset in a way that is HIGHLY attractive and allows you to operate from a place of abundance (VERY attractive) and not from a place of neediness or desperations (VERY unattractive).

2) Commit to yourself that you won’t LOSE yourself - We build confident by keeping the promises we make to ourselves in private. How I can see this relating to your situation is by promising yourself that you won’t compromise on the “basics” of your life. For example, do you enjoy going to the gym 3x a week? Do you see friends 3x a week? Is it important that you _____ every week? KEEP those things about you alive because they make you, YOU. TRUST that she likes you for you as you are now. Don’t compromise that and you’ll slowly (and enjoyably) grow together.

As the cherry on top of the cake…both points 1 and 2 above clearly show that you have standards for YOURSELF (ie - being a challenge). Your future partner will see this as highly attractive and something she wants to be a part of :)

The more you treat her like you operate from a place of abundance, the less apprehensive she’ll be towards leaving you for someone who isn’t going to waste her time, as she’ll just naturally assume that you’d have ZERO issues with exercising your apparent abundance elsewhere…

Remember: if she’s truly more attractive than your ex, then you aren’t technically trying to out-seduce the previous version of yourself who NOW knows how he would go about attracting your EX…

I mean, think about it: if she truly is “prettier than your extremely attractive ex,” should you then be more afraid of losing her to the guy who lost his uglier ex? (yourself and the way you acted before)?

Or to the guy who already has enough experience with endless PRACTICE on her caliber of woman, and the genuine skills to show for it?

Bruv, no matter how HOT or COOL a girl is, never ever be eager to make her your gf.

Keep hooking up with her. Do it well. Let HER bring the conversation. If she never does, you know what's up. She prob banging someone else. She prob still on the hunt. Why would you want to tie a girl down? No. She is the one who must want to tie YOU down.

I would honestly advice you to date multiple girls.
