The perspective you are coming at it is wrong.

believe that women are not good for anything but sex, and its basically a crime against TRP to get married or have kids, whats the point of being in a LTR?

The claim is not women are not good for anything but sex, nor is the claim that LTRs of any form are some kind of crime. You are thinking in good/evil terms. TRP is not about good/evil, it is an amoral study of the behavior of woman. AWALT is a rule of thumb. Every woman has the capacity to jump on the cock carousel just like every man has the capacity to go beta or get oneitis. (Women get oneitis too).

The point is studying their behavior, and acting accordingly to manage risk while fulfilling your needs as a red blooded healthy human male.

Treat women according to their value to you, not some kind of dogma that's spontaneously formed from the collective thoughts of thousands of AFC's who are here to learn about how to not get fucked over.

The phrase AWALT is not quite meant to be taken literally. Not every single woman on the planet will betray you. The point of saying it is that you need to assume it's most likely true -- because any woman who does betray you faces no consequences.

So if you can make an LTR work, more power to you. Just don't stop spinning plates, because as soon as you stop having alternatives to her, she will take advantage. They can smell it on you like a dog smells fear.

Because anyone who has been red pill for a while knows AWALT isn't real. It's just something the newbies need to hear so they don't fall in lovw with every girl that gives them attention.

Are you questioning AWALT or LTRs? AWALT is gathered from experience, and should be cautiously questioned until you've formed your own opinion. LTRs/marrige are just a bad idea.

You need to read a lot more.

You can't hate women for being women. I love trees because they are trees, and women are a whole lot more interesting and entertaining. Women think all men are the same and they still like us (in general).

If you aren't interested in a LTR then don't pursue a LTR. It's that simple. You are in control of you. If you meet someone and decide for a LTR, maybe that needs some consideration.

For your own sanity on this subject, just focus on right now. When it comes to relationships, it's usually best to spend more time in this moment rather than in the next moment.
