Hey,

I have massive man boobs, like serious gynecomastia.

Think of a bit smaller of these.

I know it is disgusting and I know I have to lose weight and then have surgery to be normal. And good thing is, I am totally ready for it. 10 days later I am moving to another city for school and signing up to a gym there; will do Starting Strength program and LeanGains as diet, they just suit me well as far as I see.

Because of man boobs my posture is bad since good posture makes them very, there. I could dress better if I didn't have them. I can not maintain open body language because of them. They take away my confidence and I'm 100% insecure about them etc. The problem is I'm just 17 so it's affecting me so bad. I am a cool person but they are a HUGE block on the road for me. I don't swim etc, you know, classical man boobs case but a bit severe one, if you ask me.

I am not here to bitch about them since that's not something that a real man would do.

It is going to take me around 8 months to get down to my normal weight and it will make them smaller when that happens. But nipples are big, and it's obviously gyno so they won't completely disappear.

I am afraid but I have to get the surgery done and I'm ready for it, have nothing to do about it.

I accept the whole situation and would like to ask;

What should I do until everything settles down on good terms, until I become the real me?

How should I live or do things?

What should be my road map until the weight loss and the surgery happens?

I am not very fat but chubby, only man boobs are a big problem. I don't show much of my weight (6'1 & 230lbs) but still.

I believe would never even kiss or hug a girl in this situation, I am just not able to take action while having these.

You know, I'm asking it very broadly since I'm open to any kind of advice or anything.

Thank you.
