Is he wrong about it being "Bullshit"? yeah, 100% – it is a very real issue of today.

But he's speaking based on his own experience and noting the hypocrisy of all the men who talk big about mental health and then are the first to shame men in difficult situations or make fun of them.

How can you deny this is a thing, i dont understand. For sure it's not the majority of men, or men in general, but there indeed are men like that (and loud about it). Even if you have never experienced it, someone else might have, both of these can be true at the same time.
There's a lot of people on earth, not everyone is a good person, and even good people can do bad stuff to try and "fit in".

Also, while OOP is clearly misguided and has got things backwards, precisely because of his experience with the matter unfortunately, "get better friends" isn't actually bad advice. Having actually healthy relationships is important and friends can do a lot to help you through tough shit.
