From what I understand. What I say. How I say it. And what I do/how I respond to someone sets underlying frames of a conversation. Or interaction. It's the lens or perspective of the situation it gives. Are we friends, whose in power? Is this interaction man to woman? Is it sexual?
What I'm struggling to get is what about the more surface level part of it. Let's say you have 2 perspectives. One person says exercise is good one says it's bad. Is this 2 frames coming together? Or is this more like just 2 beleifs or perspectives coming together and HOW you deal with it sets the underlying frames.
