The strongest frame usually wins.

What is strongest? Usually the one that has the deepest conviction that their frame is correct. But in a social setting a lot can play into it. Such as

who is the calmest
who talks louder or with more conviction
who is the most physically attractive
who has the most social status in that social setting

Etc. Etc.

And not everything is a battle. Of course it can also come together in a kind of compromise that is a completely new shared frame that is a mix between the two original frames.

You ask how to do this superficially. You shouldn't. Framing as a strategy works best when they're an outward reflection of your inner beliefs. That means frames are primarily inner game. Your beliefs and conviction.

If you feel one way inside - insecure about something, but with your actions you portray another frame - confident about that thing. Socially intelligent people have ways to pick up on that fakery. They will see the incongruence between your behavior and your beliefs. Your frame is weak. You don't really believe what you're saying.

This also means that the best frames are rooted in reality. Delusional frames are often weaker because intelligent people will also often be able to spot bullshit.

If you have reasons of why exercises are good and the other person has reasons why exercises are bad, these are two beliefs and it is not a question of who is right in this context, because you don't gain anything by having the other person accept your opinion, but you also don't lose anything by accepting the other person's opinion. It is a different opinion and if the other person accept your "reasons" of why exercises are good it doesn't mean that you are stronger, it can be a simple fact that the other person doesn't want to argue with you and they accept that exercises are good although inside their mind they still consider that exercises are bad.

There are two people with two different points of view. A clever idea is to accept their idea only partially, that way you don't disagree with them 100%, they won't get upset. If you talk to a girl about two different things, then the answer depends on whether she likes you on some level or not.

- if she likes you at some level, she will accept your idea that exercises are good

- If she doesn't like you, she will use your idea that exercise is good as a reason why she doesn't like you. However, if you change your perspective and accept her idea that exercises are bad, it won't be any better, in fact it will only push you further away from her, because at the moment it's not just that she doesn't like you, but you also have a weak character. How do you solve it? There's no way... she won't like you, no matter what you say or do.

It is not sexual, but you can change the subject with a simple joke. "Exercises are good" [her reply: "No, they are not, because blah blah blah" ... "They are very good, it is healthy, increases the muscles, I resist in bed an hour, I can show you... do you have a watch? There is a hotel... come with me, I'll show you". You will get a punch in your shoulder if everything goes well. Seduction is about being playful, it's not about who has the power or who is vulnerable, she is not your enemy.

Frame is generally about orienting yourself towards your desired outcome. If your frame is too vague or weak, at some point you will lose control over reaching your destination.
