Think I understand frames now. It's basically the lens or perception of a scenario. Obv can have 2 conflicting frames. How you deal with them sets whose in charge. Whose the prize etc.

Does anyone consciously try to set frames and have it work? I know I set some good frames but it's more by accident and I'd argue this is where most people do.

If I had to guess it's like being a really good actor if you wanted to set good frames. Basically what actors are doing in movies. All the subtle cues etc have to line up to what you are saying
