Dresses her own preteen daughter in revealing clothing and starts sexualizing her own daughter in order to "empower" her

Is incredibly vain and talks a lot about looks, fashion, makeup being more important than intellect and knowledge when raising children

Talks about "male privilege" and "toxic masculinity" being a problem when she herself is flirting with guys whom she's enamored with while in a relationship with a guy

I had a gf tell me that her bf of five years broke up with her and moved back to his home country and they never spoke again. I thought to myself; “wow, after five years? Who is in a five year long relationship and just ghosts that way?”

She seemed like such a reasonable person until she wasn’t. I found out shortly after why and how that happened. There were other red flags but if you hear that, just understand there’s a reason it happened

To be fair I use this with anyone I interact with, but listen how they talk about other people, do they say more good things or bad things.

For example do they like to brag how they screw people over/mess with people or like give people gifts, do they constantly self depreciate or build people up/ talk about other things more neutral/ positive things. Do they treat their animals well? Ig try to notice their behavior.

But like outwardly, I would say if you over hear a lot of gossiping, run the other way. Someone who gossips in public imo is no good, tells me they are bad at communicating and like drama.

For one, any habits which show she doesn't consider the space, needs, and perspective of others. Like constantly leaving items, bags and clothes in places where they clearly shouldn't be, as in a doorway or on the stove. It suffocates you slowly with annoyance and comes across as you being argumentative or controlling having to point things out. Clearly I should have paid more attention early to the hoarding, compulsive shopping and lack of organizing skills. I found myself in a jungle of unnecessary things with little usable space or space for myself, like my right to exist and making choices being denied. In summary, it's impulse control, willingness to share, respecting your perspective, listening to reasonable arguments which were lacking. Immaturity, solipsism and ultimately hostility at its finest.

Another red flag is authoritarian, difficult and unreasonable parents she hasn't grown independent of, as much as you would like to rescue her from it and fix the issues, she needs to do the work and the cut first.
