Wheel of Time. I stopped watching during season 2 once I realised the common theme, which is reverse of reality. In the show women are depicted as wise, powerful beings full of knowledge etc, and men are deemed incompetent and often crazy people.

Red Pill Take: It’s almost like Jordan was describing a “matriarchal fantasy world” in some ways—a total inversion of historical reality.

📺 In the Show: Amazon’s Wheel of Time took those gender themes and amplified the female dominance even further.

Men are often depicted as liabilities, threats, or simply incompetent, while women are shown as unshakable leaders and moral compasses.

Key male characters (like Rand, Perrin, Mat) are often emasculated or sidelined, while Moiraine and the other Aes Sedai are positioned as the true drivers of the plot.

Even The Dragon Reborn, a role that’s supposed to be male, is clouded with ambiguity in Season 1, almost like they didn’t want to commit to a male messiah.

Red Pill Critique: It aligns with a broader media trend where male power is dangerous and unstable, and female power is wise and inherently good—essentially a misandrist framework if taken at face value.
