Next time she asks for your food just playfully say “what’s in it for me?” or “only if you help me cook.”

Show her you can easily step up if she does the same. If she doesn’t then say bye to her, don’t let her hurt your heart by you doing things for her but nothing in return.

Let her be. Whenever a woman wants to do things only on her terms - it's not going to go well for you. She will indeed use you or at the very least you'll not get much good out of it.

The best women are those who happily go along with your plans. Even if it's slightly inconvenient for them - they make an effort to make you happy. They're not looking to bargain for food or services - thay shows she doesn't respect you.

The next time she asks you to cook for her, say "why would I cook for somebody who doesn't wanna hang out with me? If you want me to cook for you, I need to get to know you first."

Generally you should rather seek for another target that you will be better match with, getting multiple lame excuses is not something a self-respectful man would bear with. But still, at least you should try to keep things positive, give her some sample of your cooking, maybe she will pay her gratitude somehow as a friend (just don't fall to make it regularly without any reciprocation from her side). Also, remember that you are under influence of her pheromones and hormonal high, try to avoid falling even more deeper, women usually are oblivious or don't care about your one-sided feelings.
