Im a 36m and I've seen this cute girl a few houses down a few times now. She's probably late 20s, maybe early 30s. Anyway, last time I ran into her I was on the phone but we made eye contact and smiled real big and said hi to each other. I'm not a 10/10 but I'm a good-looking guy and I def caught a vibe from her. Saw her again the other day driving in my car and same thing, we made eye contact through the window and smiled at each other as I was stopping at the stop sign.

Now I have some ideas about how to chat her up next time we run into each other but I want to hear some tips,what you guys would do or think I should do, etc.

My goal here is that I dont want to have a casual convo that ends with a "nice to meet you" and me just hoping to run into her again and build more rapport. I want to make the most of the encounter and end it with a plan to hang out. You know, talk about a local coffee shop I like and say we should check it out sometime. Or if she brings up somewhere she likes, maybe she could show me sometime. Or somewhere we both like, hey we should go sometime.

Again, I want to set up a date (if she's showing interest obviously). I don't want to just build a little rapport without setting up a date, and then just hope to run into her again to build a little more rapport. Aint nobody got time for that!
