You don’t need any excuse that’s the secret.

You: “Hey, i noticed you gave me some secret stares and it got me intrigued, so i wanted to come over and get to know you”

If she says: “i didn’t give you any stares”

then you say: “well i must have misread it but in arill curious about you, whats your name?”

And that’s how you start the conversation.

yeah I'm currently trying to figure out how to approach one chick at work. She's given me two signals but still can be misconstrued so I'm waiting to pass her again and see if I can catch her staring and smiling at me again. She's in a completely different department as well so really there's no reason for me to interact with her but from my. intuition the signals she's given me were highly positive. I've never approached a chick at work before due to issues like HR but I only live once and she's my dream chick in terms of my type so if I'm going to risk it might as well be this one.

Never ever mess around somebody you work with. especially female. If things go wrong. they just go to HR and you lose your job. Besides you don't want to be working with the person relationship you want to keep professional life separate from recreational life and you don't want to be around them all the time because then familure, and they get bored.
